Privacy
The Administration of the Principality of Asturias complies with the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data, the privacy of data subjects, and the confidentiality and security of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. To this end, it adopts the necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access to, or theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data, and the risks to which they are exposed.
Users of this portal are hereby informed that their personal data may only be obtained for processing when such data are adequate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the defined, explicit, and legitimate scope and purposes for which they have been collected.
When personal data are collected through any portal of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, users shall be informed in advance, clearly and unambiguously, of the following:
The existence of processing of personal data.
The identity and contact details of the data controller.
The contact details of the Data Protection Officer.
The purposes for which the personal data are intended and the legal basis for the processing.
The recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, where applicable.
Where applicable, the controller’s intention to transfer personal data to a third country.
The retention period of the information, or the criteria used to determine such period.
The existence of the right to request from the controller access to personal data relating to the data subject, as well as their rectification or erasure, or the restriction of their processing; the right to data portability; and the right to object to the processing. Likewise, the means by which such rights may be exercised.
Where processing is based on the data subject’s consent, the existence of the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal. If the processing is not based on consent, the data subject’s right to object to the processing.
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The existence, if any, of automated decision-making, including profiling, and the rights associated with such processing.
The user shall be solely responsible for completing the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
Controller (Data Controller)
The personal data that may be collected directly from the data subject shall be processed confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activity under the responsibility of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias.

Legal basis
The processing of your data is carried out in order to comply with legal obligations on the part of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, to fulfil tasks performed in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, as well as when the purpose of the processing requires your consent, which must be given by means of a clear affirmative action.

Data retention
As a general rule, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when required by law, which may include disclosures to the Ombudsman, judges and courts, or parties involved in proceedings related to submitted claims.

Data subject rights
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation regarding the processing of their data carried out by the Administration of the Principality of Asturias.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing, and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, where applicable, through the Citizen Services (SAC) of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, by submitting the standard form, which can be located by entering the code 201200088 in the header search bar (located at the top right of the page), either electronically or in person via the Central General Registry of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, or through any of the means established in the Administrative Procedure Law.
Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, every data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority if they consider that the processing of personal data concerning them infringes the applicable data protection regulations.
Cookies
