Furthermore, if, as a result of non-compliance with the Licenses and Terms of Use set forth in this document, the Administration of the Principality of Asturias or any of its public companies is subject to legal action or financial penalties, the individual or entity that uses, reproduces, modifies, or distributes the content and datasets shall be liable to the Administration of the Principality of Asturias for any expenses, including legal costs, fines, or compensation that may be imposed, leaving the Administration fully indemnified.
Thus, any individual or entity that uses, reproduces, modifies, or distributes the content and datasets agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Administration of the Principality of Asturias and all its bodies and public companies from any liability arising from claims resulting from non-compliance with these Licenses and Terms of Use, or from the mere use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the information.
